Since training with Greg I’ve noticed this huge increase in my core strength, my body consciousness and I just feel better. I Surf Now Like I'm Ten Years Younger. I just feel I can just catch everything and all the little aches and pains that I started noticing creep in in my late thirties and early forties have vanished.

My Surfing Has Improved On So Many Levels

My surfing has improved on so many different levels working with Greg. I have developed much more confidence in the water. I feel more comfortable & strong out there. I can paddle longer, pop-up faster, and turn with more power.

Those aches & pains after a sesh aren't there anymore

It really gave me direction of what to do to get my body feeling better. Some of those aches and pains I would get after a sesh aren't there anymore. I could see my body becoming much more reliable for me because of the exercises and techniques that were taught.

The personal service was awesome! Greg was very knowledgeable and easy to reach whenever. If I ever had a question he was there to help quickly.

I paddle stronger, recover quicker and catch more waves

As a 54 year old man I am determined to remain super active and am always looking for ways to improve my surf strength, endurance and mobility.

The 30 Day Surf Challenge was a challenge but I saw improvements weekly and was able to identify areas that need work or lack flexibility. The program is individual and personal for improving your progress and Greg helps you move positively towards your goals.

A few months in and I paddle stronger, recover quicker on the paddle out and catch more selected waves. I appreciate Greg’s feedback and encouragement. Fall short one day? Take note and start over.

The mobile app is great to track progress and increase personal accountability. A great tool to make it YOUR program. Happy to be a part of this program.

My stamina and paddling are really improved and that allows me to surf longer and stronger

I've noticed a big difference in really two main things. One is my pre-surf warm up gets my body loose and ready to surf. I feel like I'm not step-tripping over to myself as much. Doing those dumb falls that just waste a bunch of waves.Second my stamina and paddling are really improved and that allows me to surf longer and stronger.

Daily aches and pains have pretty much gone away

I'm pushing 45-years-old, just had lots of daily aches and pains especially in my back. I was kind of hesitant to start. I'd never done a surf specific workout before. I was a little nervous that it might not be for me, but I've noticed pretty quickly into the workouts that those daily aches and pains have pretty much just gone away.
